Dr. Jean Godin, MD, MBA
Montreal-born Dr. Jean Godin, MD, MBA, was appointed to the position of General Manager in 2007.
A graduate in Medicine of Université de Montréal with a postgraduate degree in Family Medicine, Dr. Godin joined Teva Neuroscience Canada as Medical Director in the company’s very early days (1999) before being promoted to the position of Director of Scientific and Medical Affairs in 2004. Two years later, he was appointed Senior Director of Scientific and Medical Affairs. In his capacity as General Manager, Dr. Godin became the first Canadian scientific expert to lead the Canadian operation. His focus is on ensuring that Teva Neuroscience Canada builds on the strength of Teva’s expertise, continues to enhance the partnership established with key stakeholders in Teva Neuroscience’s fields of interest, and further develops the competencies established in order to support the company’s position as a leader in the treatment of disorders of the central nervous system.
