Employer of Choice
Company vision and values are only words, and they add no significance to the work environment if they are not truly and sincerely shared by every member of the team, and fully integrated in our way of doing things and in creating our culture. This is why we are particularly proud to have been recognized as the 2007 best employer in Canada (small and medium size companies) – through a study conducted jointly by Hewitt and Queens University. The results, published by the Globe and Mail, placed TNC as number one, out of over 120 companies in different business sectors across Canada.
The study focused on measuring the level of engagement of the employees. To us, this tells the bottom line story – providing an answer to “the million dollar question”: are our employees happy to come to work every day?... Ranking number one in such a study was a proud and gratifying moment for everyone, and solidified the organization’s drive to never lose sight of the importance of the well-being of our people and the quality of our work environment.
Here a few quotes from our employees extracted from the study:
”Teva Neuroscience is by far the best organization that I have ever worked for. It is clear to me that Teva values its employees and wants to retain them. Teva considers its employees as an asset, not as an expenditure.”
”The support, the environment and the resources provided allow me to spend my time doing my job and not worrying about things that I shouldn’t have to. This company has truly opened my eyes and shown me that there are great places to work for.”
”Teva also knows how to recognize and appreciate employees who have not only done a good job, but have demonstrated values which are aligned with those of the company. This is an organization that still has heart & soul.”
”Yes, I am happy here! I am at the right place. I enjoy the people I work with; they have been well selected and they also feel like they are at the right place.”
